As a kid, I wanted to be an astronomer or an archaeologist. I’ve always been drawn to uncovering what’s hidden and understanding the layers beneath what’s visible. I believe reality is more complex than we’re taught to see, which likely explains why I’m a sunrise person who guards quiet mornings and an Americano with stevia and crème. Maui, Hawaii is my favorite place and feels like magic to me. I’m a fan of Formula 1 Racing (Go Team Mercedes!) And, I own more sneakers and baseball caps than necessary. I approach client experience the same way I approach life: intentional, observant, willing to look beneath the surface, and unafraid to do things differently when it leads to something better.
